There is as they say a first for everything this maybe the first time I have ever featured an international blend wine made fro imported and domestic grapes. This Black Cellar Shiraz Cabernet. I am featuring this wine because it is simple really good. It burst with flavours featuring sweet cherry and black current flavours. On the palette jammy notes with a touch of mint chocolate and a smooth mouthfeel that exemplifies the mystique of Black Cellar.

Black Cellar wines are produced by Andrew Peller Ltd. In both Ontario and British Columbia. This one comes from British Columbia.

What is even more impressive is the price. This is a wine you can afford. I paid $7.99 Although prices range upward to $11.99 depend on where you buy it.
