Inniskillin

Canada's Grand Estates

Perhaps Canada's Most recognized Winery

Their Most recgonized Product Vidal Icewine.

No one has played a great a greater role in the rebirth of Canad's wine industry than
Inniskillian. They have made the wines that put Canada on the worlds map.

From premium reds, Pinot Noir has found a high-quality niche in Niagara, while Merlot is the focus in the Okanagan. From Chardonnays and Rieslings to Pinot Grigio and Pinot Blanc, Canadian whites have also assumed their rightful place at the global dinner table.

When Inniskillin first won the coveted Grand Prix d'Honneur at Vinexpo in Bordeaux, France for our 1989 Icewine, the seal of international approval for the bounty of Canadian viticulture was guaranteed.

Bruce Nicholson has recently been appoint winemaker of Inniskillin.
At the Jackson-Triggs winery in Oliver, Nicholson consistently made more award-winning icewines than any other British Columbia winemaker. The big difference is that the icewine volumes at Jackson-Triggs have always been small. At Inniskillin, Karl Kaiser liked to boast that he had more icewine under his roof than all of Germany. That was not much of an exaggeration.
