16 Mile Cellar

16 Mile Cellar, located near the town of Jordan, specializes in producing small quantities of well chosen batches of distinctive wines each year. a small, family-owned and operated winery and vineyard founded in 2010. The name comes from their location on 16 Mile Creek, at the base of the 20 Mile Bench

The winery has vines planted on 25 of our 30 acre property including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir, Geisenheim and old vine table grapes; some almost 100 years old.

Regan Kapach is the winemaker. She took on the role after being assistant winemaker for five years at Southbrook in Niagara-on-the-Lake. At the recent Ontario Wine Awards 16 Mile Cellar 2012 Rebel Chardonnay took home Gold.
