The summer of 2015 has seen some new renovations at the very popular winery. It was time for us to check them out. Named after this historic community of south Langley, its original name in the late 1800s was “Township 7”- the cottage on our property is an original building from the 1930s.
New sign-age, a new improved driveway and parking area but even more stunning the new patio. A perfect place for a picnic lunch and a glass of wine, or a place to relax and enjoy some of the many events presented by the winery through out the year.
Previously the winery had renovated the tasting room. Our previous visit. Making the room brighter and more appealing. The winery has always had a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Township 7 Vineyards & Winery is delighted to be among the first B.C. Winery to offer consumers the ability to sample and purchase local wine at a Farmers’ Markets through out the Fraser Valley.
Mary McDermott as the winery’s new winemaker. Mary joins Township 7 from Trius Winery at Hillebrand and Thirty Bench Winery, which are part of Peller Estates Ltd. Niagara wineries.
May we recommend the 2014 Sauvignon Blanc and 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon. For a very good white try their 2014 Pinot Gris.
